ITEMS TO CONSIDER:
1. Creation of
an Online Application with the ability to pay by credit card or
electronic check. I recommend the use of PayPal, as it is
highly recognizable and its fees are incredibly reasonable.
For more information go to
www.PAYPAL.com.
Essentially an online application landing page would be
completed. Therein a visitor would have two options: 1.)
proceed to an online application which can be printed and
submitted via US MAIL, or 2.) proceed to an online application
which is submitted online with electronic payment.
Depending on which plan you choose from PayPal, once your
account is established you can also bill members electronically
with an invoice (this may in some instances speed payment).
As money accrues in your PayPal Account you are notified via
email. The money can then be transferred (free-of-charge)
to your verified Bank Account. Generally establishing a
'verified' PayPal Account takes less than one week (PayPal
deposits money into your existing bank account and then asks you
how much it deposited...with the correct answer, your account is
'verified').
2. I
recommend that you begin using 'Constant Contact' for your email
campaigns. This will allow you to create an aesthetically
pleasing newsletter and forward it to your email database.
The correspondences are tracked (providing you accountability).
You will have the ability to know if the correspondence was
read, if so for how long, and if any embedded hyperlinks in the
text were used. Given the size of you database service
would cost between $15-30.00/per month. For more
information go to
www.CONSTANTCONTACT.com.
3. Is there an
online media kit available for the Sealy Business Connection?
I would be more than happy to include it on the website.
4. Is it
possible for the publisher of the Sealy Business Connection to
provide you with an 'Online Version' in '.pdf?'
5. I would
like to create a page within the website which would provide
members an explanation of how they can increase their ROI with
regards to their listing in our online directory. Is that
acceptable?
